The Mobile Wave Solutions team is growing! We are looking for a Java Developer! Our client is building a new platform from the ground up, aiming to redefine work for underserved nurses & carers. Their goal is to become a world-leading provider of healthcare services by building a platform to connect healthcare workers directly to those in need of care. How do they do that? Participate in the design, implementation and code review process of backend solutions.
Use infrastructure based on AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Gradle, Git, etc.
Design modular, scalable and portable solutions
Write clean, readable and reusable code, on time and quality
Be able to deliver to deadlines, as required in the agile methodology
Be able to organize and prioritize work appropriately, as required
3 + years of experience working as a Java Software Engineer
Experience with Spring or Spring Boot framework
Practical experience working in cloud environment preferably with AWS and Kubernetes
Experience with Microservices architecture/developing RESTful APIs
Experience with Kafka or alternatives is highly preferred
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
